Who Can Use Our Services
Our Site and Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (a “Minor”) unless a Minor has obtained prior consent to use our Site or Services. Use of our Site or Services by a Minor without such consent is strictly prohibited. Precision specifically disclaims any and all responsibility or obligation to monitor or verify the age or legal status of any Client. Precision will have no liability resulting from any use of our Site or Services by any Minor.
Illuminate offers the following categories of services:
1. Nutrition Coaching Program (“ProCoach”);
When you register for the ProCoach nutrition coaching program, you will receive a structured year-long nutrition program, a training program, and be able to connect with one of our experts (a “Coach”) to help make adjustments to your program and keep you on track. Your Coach will adjust your ProCoach program experience based on the information that you provide to us.
Precision Nutrition aims to connect you with a Coach who is best suited based on the information about your health goals and other information that you provide us when you register for our Services. Precision reserves the right to change your Coach at any time, in our sole discretion.
2. Online Personal Training and Coaching Program ("MyPTHub");
When you register for the MyPTHub program, you will receive a customized set of workouts, expert advice and regular check-ins from your Coach, and all-access pass to MyPTHub web and mobile app.
3. In-Home Training and Lifestyle Transformation ("Living Well Program");
Permission to enter your home for personal training and nutrition coaching services is assumed when the appointment is scheduled between the coach and you. This program is designed to cater to your specific health and wellness goals.
4. Corporate Culture Consulting
Illuminate offers a wide range of solutions to further engage your company's employees. As experts in the field of employee engagement, we find the gaps within your business where employee productivity, loyalty and development are not being maximized. Through strategic analysis, a development plan is created to suit the needs of your business and ultimately see a major return on investment in the area of increased growth and revitalized corporate culture.
You agree to pay, and authorize Illuminate's third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method and payment plan, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your subscription to use our Services or purchase our products (such as the Illuminate Resources and Software). All fees are in CAD Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Precision is not responsible for charges or foreign exchange rates applied by your Credit Card Company and/or financial institution. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us. We may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are 30 days past due.
During a Trial, cancellation can be performed at any time during the indicated period (i.e. typically 14 days). Once this period has ended, you agree to pay in full for the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are 30 days past due. Cancellation of any other services is not permissible except for extenuating circumstances. Our Money Back Guarantee and Refunds
For Clients of The Living Well Solution, we at Illuminate want you to get as much out of our program as possible. We guarantee that you will benefit from our program or we will provide you with a full refund after your completion of the program. In order to be eligible for the refund, we require that you have shown 70% participation in the program, maintained consistency in your daily habits, regularly communicated with your coach in an honest way that roadblocks and problems throughout the program had the chance to be solved.
Besides this Guarantee, no refunds will be provided. Your consent for payment on either the "Pay in Full" or "Payment Plan" options assumed once the program has begun.
For Clients of our MyPTHub software and coaching, clients must cancel at least 10 days prior to the forthcoming payment date.
